About the HLTA Role: As a
HLTA, you'll dive into action from
Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 3:30, enhancing the exceptional SEND provision alongside a seasoned SENCo.
Your mission: To ensure every student, regardless of their needs, is fully engaged with the enriching curriculum.
Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting small group and 1:1 interventions to support individual student development
- Assisting in classroom preparation and maintaining a conducive learning environment
- Collaborating in activity planning and material preparation to enhance curriculum accessibility
- Leading and supporting class, group, and individual activities, both indoors and outdoors
- Monitoring student progress, assessing achievements, and sharing outcomes with class teachers

What you need for this HLTA role: - Hold an Enhanced Child workforce DBS with an update service subscription, or be willing to apply for one
- A degree qualification in any area
- Previous experience working with children with SEND
- Hold current and valid Right to Work status in the UK
- Demonstrate effective communication skills and excellent classroom management
