We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and supportive primary and secondary schools in Stratford.

This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers looking for flexible work, better work-life balance, or the chance to gain experience across different school settings.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across your specialist subject or key stage
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively following school policies
  • Adapt quickly to different school environments
  • Ensure pupils remain engaged and on task throughout lessons
  • Provide feedback to schools following lessons where required

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Have previous classroom teaching experience
  • Be confident managing classroom behaviour
  • Be reliable, adaptable, and professional
  • Have strong communication and organisational skills
