Operational Delivery Coordinator

We are recruiting for Operational Delivery Coordinators to join our team in Wakefield. You will support our Delivery Managers to ensure that the smooth running and fulfilment of our programmes and products is delivered successfully.

We need a highly motivated individuals to support this smooth delivery of our products and projects. In our team, you will liaise with stakeholders across the business to communicate our delivery plans, help to ensure actions are completed, and to maintain our administrative functions. Helping to document our project / delivery plans, maintaining our trackers and issue logs, and supporting with the preparation of reports for other stakeholders, are all key aspects of this role.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm (we work 35 hours per week).
  • This is a full-time permanent role, based at our Wakefield office WF1

About the role

This role is perfect for someone from an administrative background with excellent interpersonal skills and strong IT literacy. You will need to be willing to learn, self-motivated, with effective problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administration, documentation, and communication of meetings
  • Management of calls from and to our centres
  • Production of project documentation
  • Maintaining and updating MS Teams sites, MS Lists, SharePoint
  • Assisting with the compilation of reports and presentations
  • Control and maintenance of risk / issue logs, project and delivery information and documents regarding our processes and systems


You may on occasion need to travel to other locations, including our London office and to support the Delivery Managers (all necessary travel, accommodation and subsistence costs will be covered). Specifics for these arrangements, and the flexible options we offer can be discussed as part of the interview process.

Strong computer literacy including use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and database applications
