EYFS Teaching Assistant - Responsibilities:

• As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, your primary role will be to support the EYFS team in delivering engaging and effective learning experiences for young children.

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to children, fostering their development and ensuring they reach their full potential.
• Work closely with the class teacher and other staff members to implement the EYFS curriculum effectively.

EYFS Teaching Assistant - Requirements:

• Previous experience as an EYFS Teaching Assistant is highly desirable.
• A genuine passion for early years education and child development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, enthusiastic, and flexible approach to supporting children's learning and development.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to the school community.
