Key Responsibilities
- Support mixed-ability students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
- Maintain resilience and composure in handling challenging behaviour. Collaborate with the Headteacher and leadership team to foster a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant, particularly in KS2.
- Calm demeanour and resilience in managing challenging behaviour.
- Commitment to fostering positive change in student's lives.
- Must hsave a DBS on the update service
