At TP Tutors we are currently working with Local Authorities and Schools within the Sunderland Area with a particular interest in seeking Tutors to work with SEN schools and children who have SEND, SEMH and other additional needs.

The role:

• Provide 1-1 or small group tuition support to children additional needs.
• Create and deliver sessions based around the children’s individual needs.
• Implement behaviour strategies and techniques to support children to manage their behaviour and emotion effectively.
• Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for children to learn in.

Requirements:

• Professional Teaching Qualification is preferred.
• Enhanced Child Workforce only DBS on the update service, or willingness to purchase on via TP Tutors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy and resilience skills.
