We specialise in supply, contract, and permanent positions, working with secondary schools from Key Stage 3 (KS3) to Key Stage 5 (KS5). We focus on placing Qualified Teachers, Teaching Assistants, and Cover Supervisors in a variety of subjects including Maths, English Literature, Science, Humanities, Art, Design Technology, Modern Foreign Languages (MFL), Business Studies, and Economics.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver High-Quality Lessons: Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements and cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Positive Learning Environment: Create an inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and delivers a love of learning.
  • Assess and Monitor Progress: Regularly assess students' progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to support their development.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other teachers, teaching assistants, and school staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience for students.
  • Commit to Professional Standards: Maintain high standards of professionalism, adhere to school policies, and contribute to the school's ethos and values.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential for all teaching positions.
  • Early Career Teachers (ECT): Newly qualified teachers are encouraged to apply.
  • Experienced Teachers: Proven track record of successful teaching in your subject area.
  • Subject Expertise: Strong knowledge in one or more core subjects (Maths, English Literature, Science, Humanities, Art, Design Technology, MFL, Business Studies, Economics).
  • DBS Check: All applicants are subject to an enhanced DBS criminal records check.
