**Position:** Secondary Education Teaching Assistant

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist teachers in the classroom, providing support to students with their learning activities.

- Help prepare teaching materials and resources.
- Provide support for students with special educational needs.
- Monitor and report on student progress.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

**Requirements:**
- Previous teaching experience is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to the welfare and development of students.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or related fields are advantageous.
