MHE Trainer / Instructor
At Fore Street Recruitment & Training we have an exciting new opportunity for an additional Trainer to join our busy team. This is a field based opportunity and own transport is essential.
MHE Trainer Duties
·MHE Trainers are responsible for training staff / MHE operators to ensure safe working practices are always adhered to.
·Providing a consistently high level of technical skills.
·Liaise with site managers to ensure training is delivered on time and across all shifts.
·A team player / working on your own initiative.
·Excellent oral and written communication skills.
·Must have a flexible approach to work and shift patterns will be required to cover training.
·Valid AITT Instructor Training or equivalent.
·Valid Reach, Counterbalance and VNA Licence.
·Additionally, you will be involved in the recruitment agency’s day to day dealing with teams of warehouse operatives across multiple sites.

The MHE Trainer position is full time (however flexible working is an option)
