Salary: £150 - £225 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

About the Role: My partner Secondary School based in Huddersfield is seeking a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our team starting in September 2024. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and challenging mathematics lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support to help them improve.
• Prepare students for GCSE examinations, ensuring they meet or exceed their target grades.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all students' learning.
• Participate in school-wide activities and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Previous experience teaching mathematics at the secondary school level.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
