The school works to provide a supportive learning community for students with severe learning difficulties, autism, asperger’s syndrome, and specific learning difficulties. The school strives to offer a fully supportive setting for students with profound and complex needs and those who experience emotional and anxiety-­related difficulties attending school.

The school is looking to take on a passionate Learning Support Assistant / LSA with experience working with SEND children and young people.  The successful Learning Support Assistant /LSA will take pride in giving meaningful choices to children and young adults with a variety of learning needs, empowering them to be happy and make their way in the world.

The successful Support Assistant / LSA will have:

• Experience of working in SEND schools 
• Experience of working with children with a variety of learning difficulties
• Patience, resilience and calmness
