The Role – SEN Learning Support Assistant

For this SEN Learning Support Assistant role, the school require an enthusiastic individual. You must have significant ability and enthusiasm, aware of and stimulated by the challenges of a diverse school. As you will be supporting pupils within Early Years, experience in EYFS is essential. CACHE Level 3 qualification is highly desirable but not essential. As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you must use your knowledge and understand of the Early Years Foundation Stage to implement play-based learning activities daily. Prior SEN experience is highly advantageous.
