We are looking to recruit an influential, driven, and inspirational individual to join the team as an Education Manager. The post holder will lead the team, drive quality, and ensure a positive learning experience for disengaged learners and ensure compliance with Ofsted, awarding organisations and additional stakeholders.

The ideal candidate:
•    You should have recent and relevant Leadership experience in a similar type of role along with a passion and commitment to always do your best. 
•    You will have QTS/QTLS (or equivalent) as well as evidence of continuous professional development. 
•    You will need to have experience of financial management and delivery against SLAs. 
•    It is essential that you can demonstrate experience of successful curriculum development and change. 
•    You will need to be an excellent communicator with the ability to manage multiple complex relationships with all stakeholders.
