Are you dedicated to making a significant impact on the lives of students with special educational needs (SEN)? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an SEN Tutor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1-1 or small group tutoring sessions tailored to meet the individual needs of SEN students.
  • Customize lesson plans to address learning difficulties and enhance students' strengths.
  • Promote emotional well-being and build confidence in SEN students.
  • Develop positive relationships with students to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Track student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience working with SEN students.
  • Ability to teach core subjects up to the GCSE level.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students.
  • Patience, empathy, and a sincere commitment to positively impacting students' lives.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
