We are currently recruiting for Primary trained teachers to work in the Penzance area!

We are looking for educators who have a passion for teaching and have a drive for ensuring that students receive the best education possible by making learning fun and engaging. You will need to be organised as you will need to ensure that students work is marked and updated allowing class teacher to easily review what work the students complete and what they achieved during your cover. You will need to have good communication skills as you will be required to liaise with other teaching staff and the head regarding the students’ progress.

We are looking for candidates who can be creative with work to make the students learning as interesting and engaging as possible. You will need to demonstrate excellent classroom practice with good communication and time management skills.

Your hours can be flexible with access to an online diary to let us know about your availability. We can provide you with on the morning calls if you do not have work pre-booked to help maximise your work opportunities on your available days.

The ideal candidate will be aware of Child Protection, Health and Safety, Behaviour, Teaching and Learning and Equal Opportunities policies. You will also need a Child Workforce DBS which can be completed during the recruitment process.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
