Full Job Description
 
Job Title: Secondary school Teacher Location: Portsmouth Salary: £130 - 190 per day
 
Anzuk education is currently in search of Secondary school Teachers to become integral members of our Team. Our passionate team is devoted to sparking a passion for learning and fostering the all-encompassing growth of students.
 
At anzuk, we offer a variety of short and long-term positions.
 
We work with many good to outstanding schools in the Hampshire area who regularly ask us to recruit educators on a short and long term basis.
 
These requirements can arise from various factors such as staff sickness, internal training, PPA, open opportunities and maternity cover (among others) and the importance of having the "right" person in that role is paramount to both the schools and anzuk Education.
 
On a long term basis, many schools will look to our educators to fully immerse themselves in school life and they will go out of their way to make you feel like part of the team.
 
Requirements:
Ideally candidates will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be experienced of teaching in a Secondary School setting.
 
The ideal Secondary Teacher will:
  • Be punctual and organised
  • Be able to embrace a wide range of learning tools to further students' work
  • Be flexible and available for work (1-5 days a week)
  • Develop relationships with staff members, students and parents
  • Maintain professional standards at all times
  • Follow school’s behaviour management policies
  • Adhere to high levels of conduct and communication standards at all times
  • Be happy to give and receive feedback
  • Hold relevant teaching qualifications
  • Hold valid UK right to work
The ability to drive or commute to various locations will undoubtedly open up the range of opportunities we will be able to explore for you.
