My client has a fantastic opportunity to join their growing team. As the Business Development Director, you will concentrate on developing and growing a group of cooperate account, business to business, who become loyal to the company and whom the successful candidate will nurture.

The post holder will be responsible for making a clear business plan on how they will on-board potential new companies, and ideas on how to best secure revenues from them. Being the key account manager will be a vital part of this role.

The successful candidate will be qualified to degree level, preferably with postgraduate, MBA or equivalent. They MUST have substantial business development experience, including interfacing relationships with high stakeholders.

Experience and understanding of business planning, selling skills, programme development and presentation competencies is also essential.

You will need strong organization skills, great negotiating tactics, outstanding customer relationship management and the ability to work across different business disciplines.

This role will require some international travel.

The role is full time with some allowance for hybrid working. The role is for 40 hours per week with holiday entitlement of 33 days per year plus the 8 public bank holidays.
