Nursery Learning Support Assistant (Full-Time)

We are currently seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work within a Nursery setting and to provide one-to-one support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to a child with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of activities that promote the child's development and well-being.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where the child can learn and grow.
• Monitor and document the child's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children in a personal or professional setting is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, compassionate, and empathetic nature.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of our students.

• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply

Salary - £85-95 per day depending on experience
