Flourish Education are currently recruiting for a Class Teacher to work in a local partnership school in Halesowen. The school is a large, ‘good’ rated and aims to provide a happy and safe working environment for pupils and staff.

The school requires an experienced Year 3 Class Teacher to join of their staff team. The responsibilities of this role would be full class planning, preparing resources, marking and assessments. You will have access to a teaching assistant and would be expected to deploy them effectively within the class to help best support the pupils.

This role would be a full-time position, starting after September until the end of the academic year.

Working as a Class Teacher you will need:

• To hold a relevant teaching qualification (QTS – Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience working in Key Stage 2 (Preferred if you have year 5 experience)
• Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.
• Experience working with pupils with SEND or EAL.
• Confident Behavioural Management/Classroom Management skills.
• To work in partnership with the Teaching assistant within the classroom.
