Key Responsibilities:

• Support SEND students in their academic and personal development.
• Assist classroom teachers in planning and delivering individualized lessons and activities.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor student progress and adapt support strategies as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each student.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience working with children, particularly those with SEND.
• Understanding of various SEND conditions and appropriate support strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications or a willingness to undertake SEND-related training.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
