Kenilworth, Warwickshire (office-based role with the opportunity to work from home up to three days per week)

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Sales Co-ordinator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As a Customer Service Sales Co-ordinator, you will support the expansion of our range of Customised Awards (training courses from third parties that we have accredited) to meet emerging industry needs.

Specifically, you will recruit, and engage with, new providers, increasing Customised Awards to fill identified industry gaps.

Supporting the Customised Awards Manager, you will ensure that training providers have a good experience working with us, as well as ensuring that their courses meet our quality standards.

Additionally, you will:

- Complete supporting admin activities efficiently
- Provide responsive and supportive customer service
- Co-ordinate product information on Customised Awards
- Update work instructions, policies and processes on SharePoint
- Ensure that all invoices are raised appropriately, and that membership renewal is smooth


Please note, in future, some travel may be required as part of the role.

About You

To be considered as a Customer Service Sales Co-ordinator, you will need:

- Experience of working in a sales environment that focuses on bringing in new business
- Experience working in a customer service role
- Experience of processing information and accurately analysing data and producing accurate reports
- The ability to maintain quality systems and processes, as well as document audit trails
- An understanding of the ISO processes relating to quality assurance
- To be an outgoing self-starter who likes to engage with new people
- Good attention to detail and the ability to proactively manage your own workload
- A high standard of written and oral communication
- Negotiation skills and persuasiveness
- A full, valid driving licence (due to our location)
