Salary: M1 - M6 Teaching pay scale - Final salary based on experience

What you'll be doing on a daily basis...

• Planning and delivering  hands-on DT lessons that inspire students.
• Providing practical instruction and guidance in various areas of design, including product design, engineering, and manufacturing techniques.
• Provide an inclusive learning environment where students can explore, experiment, and problem-solve through design projects.

What you'll need...

• An Enhanced DBS check, ensuring the safety and well-being of our students.
• Previous experience within a school setting, demonstrating your ability to engage and inspire students in DT.
• A QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or relevant teaching qualification in DT.
• Passion for creativity, innovation, and hands-on learning, with a commitment to nurturing students' design skills and technical knowledge.

THE SCHOOL

Our partnered school is a university technical college that opened in 2016. It caters for students aged 14 to 19 who have an interest in engineering, science, technology or maths.
