Calling all passionate educators! We are looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our exceptional school community in Tiverton for Key Stages 3 and 4 - Autism and SEMH. In this fulfilling role, you will be essential in assisting teachers and aiding students in reaching their full potential. 

In this exciting role, you'll: 

  • Partner with teachers to develop fun and engaging lessons that spark student curiosity as a SEN Teaching Assistant. 

  • Offer personalised support to studentsto Key Stages 3 and 4.

The ideal candidate will: 

  • Possess a strong understanding of educational principles and best practices as a SEN Teaching Assistant. 

  • Experience with Autism and SEMH is desired. 

  • Demonstrate a patient and caring approach when working with students. 

  • Enjoy working collaboratively and fostering strong relationships with colleagues. 

  • Prior experience is welcome, but a love for learning and a commitment to student growth are a must. 

  • Candidates who have a driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
