Are you an experienced and resilient educator looking for a challenging yet rewarding opportunity? We are currently seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher.

Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Salary: M1 - M6 Teaching Scale - determined by experience

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver interactive and effective Maths lessons.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for positively impacting students with special educational needs and disabilities.
  • Assess and record student progress, planning future activities to meet their educational needs.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Managing behaviour- building relationships with staff and parents to enhance the educational experience of the children.
  • Participate in and contribute to school events and activities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching or education qualification.
  • Strong Maths subject knowledge.
  • An enhanced DBS check to ensure the safety and well-being of our students.
  • Previous experience within a school setting, demonstrating your ability to effectively teach and engage students in the study of Math.
  • Team Teach Qualification or experience with children with social emotional mental health is desirable but not essential.
