Would you like to be an education expert?

We are now working directly with two West Midlands (B2 4HQ and surrounding area) based schools who are offering interested graduates a route into trying a role as a teacher to test if this is the right career for them. These school-based teaching jobs are offered on either a contractual basis for one year or permanent contracts from September 2024.

Our client schools talk a lot with us about the teaching crisis in our line of work and I truly believe that with a supportive mentor, graduating individuals may consider moving into the teaching route and then going on to do a PGCE. Both of these key relationships can offer paid time within their education settings. One is an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ FE College, who work in conjunction with the local Birmingham Secondary schools. And the other is a growing Primary School Multi Academy Trust with sites predominantly based in Solihull and Birmingham. We are working with them on an exclusive basis to recruit interested graduates into the education field.

I am keen to hear from under-graduates from some of our highly regarded Universities who may be interested in future teaching jobs. There are three routes I am able to introduce you to, each is slightly different:

1.    Try before you teach. (Includes cover teaching and generally spending time within a school)
2.    Personal Progress Tutor. (For those interested in working with SEND)
3.    Personal Development Tutor. (For those interested in working with personal development curriculum)

In order to be considered for a successful application with us we will require the following:

A relevant UK based degree qualification.
A minimum of two references.
All required documents for safer recruitment processing including, but not limited to a valid right to work proof.

If these graduate teaching jobs are of interest, please contact me for an application pack. You can also view further information on our Graduate webpage:
