Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Year 3 Early Career Teacher (ECT) to lead a class of 24 pupils in a creative and learning-focused environment. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an ECT to develop their teaching skills within a supportive and dynamic school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the school's curriculum and ethos.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel valued and supported.
• Use a variety of teaching strategies to cater to the diverse needs and abilities of pupils.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school's continued success.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide timely feedback to support their academic and personal development.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently enrolled in a recognized teacher training program.
• Passion for teaching and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of pupils.
• Strong understanding of primary education curriculum and best teaching practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
