About the role - Behaviour Teaching Assistant - Bromley

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with students who exhibit challenging behaviours or have special educational needs. In addition, you will be responsible for supporting students in the classroom. Assist students either one-on-one or in small groups within the classroom. One of the most important tasks you will have is to assist them with their academic studies, in order to maintain their interest in their studies. Behaviour Teaching Assistants are also responsible for assisting students with their academic studies as well as their challenging behaviour. The students may be afflicted with Mental Health issues, challenging behaviours, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) or ADHD. As soon as a situation occurs between two students, it is important for you to be able to think on your feet quickly so that you can take action.
