Candidate Specification:
We are seeking a Primary ECT who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or will obtain it by September
• Demonstrates enthusiasm and commitment to teaching and learning
• Has a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective pedagogy
• Shows resilience, creativity, and adaptability in the classroom
• Is dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment

The Role:
As the Primary ECT for the KS1 class, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all learners
• Assess and track student progress, providing targeted support and intervention as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive classroom culture
• Engage with parents and caregivers to support student learning and well-being
• Take advantage of professional development opportunities to further enhance your practice
