Role Overview: As a Year 2 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality education that meets the diverse needs of your students. You will have the opportunity to create engaging lesson plans, implement effective teaching strategies, and foster a love for learning in a supportive classroom setting. This role offers the possibility of a permanent position from September 2024, with the flexibility to teach in either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons tailored to the needs of Year 2 students
• Implement effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment
• Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and contribute to school initiatives

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, particularly Year 2, is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
