Social Media Coordinator

We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join the team in Welwyn Garden City.  We are looking for the following skills and experience in the successful candidate;

Assist the sales and marketing team with the creation and execution of effective membership campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and other digital platforms.

Track, analyse, and respond appropriately to comments and engagement across all social media platforms.

Assist with management of the company’s CRM system.

Customer relationship management by phone and email.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for membership growth and engagement.

Support the development of sales and marketing collateral.

Provide support in the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other activities aimed at member engagement and retention.

Essential Qualifications:

Digital Marketing or Communications Graduate (2:1 or higher) or equivalent – with at least 2 years’ previous experience either in-house or with a marketing agency, preferably in the B2B sector.

Strong communication skills and a good writer.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to identify trends and insights.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience working with CRM software.

Highly motivated, confident, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good organisation skills, attention to detail, and ability to work to deadlines.
