This impressive primary school based in Islington have proposed an exciting opportunity for a Primary ECT to join their team in September 2024. In our partner primary schools, you will be well supported in your role with many teachers across the key stages to introduce you to the world of education.
The schools have examples of staff members who have started their careers and after showing determination and progress within their role, their efforts have been rewarded with opportunities of additional TLRs.
You will be well supported as Primary ECTs and the schools will have a clear ECT support programmes which offer direct training from senior leaders within the school. Weekly sessions are provided to teachers in all stages of their career helping you become the best teacher in the future.
