Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work on a part-time basis at a primary school in Tamworth.

This particular school aim to create a happy, welcoming and secure environment where everyone is encouraged to become confident individuals and can grow personally, socially and academically.

The primary school is a part of a popular multi academy trust to improve outcomes for all children regardless of their starting point in life. The trust safeguard and protect all of their schools, providing a platform from which they can grow and succeed together.

This role will involve working in a reception class as a general teaching assistant from Monday to Wednesday. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 2 qualification or above and must have prior experience working as a teaching assistant, with references that can be verified.

Applicants must demonstrate a clear understanding of safeguarding children and be passionate about supporting young learners in their educational journey. The position is available to start immediately and offers ongoing opportunities for the right candidate.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.

The role advertised is for temporary supply work.
