TeacherActive is pleased to be working with a day nursery within the Southport area in their search for a Nursery Practitioner. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a warm and positive day nursery, which cares for over 75 children daily. The setting provides interest led activities, split into age-appropriate sections to enhance children’s development. The nursery allows the children to explore and challenge themselves, while in a safe and secure environment.

The nursery is looking to take on a qualified practitioner, on a day to day basis with the opportunity to go on longer term placement for the correct candidate. You will work directly with the management team and room leaders to ensure the daily running of the setting. In a time of growth, career progression opportunities are also available.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

• Level 2 or higher childcare qualification
• Knowledge of the EYFS
• Can do approach with adaptability skills
