General Classroom Supervisor (Full Time or Part Time)

£425 - £485 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role

Vision for Education is currently hiring a Classroom Supervisor to work with students in both KS3 and KS4. No prior experience is necessary as all training will be provided internally by Vision For Education. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the classroom when the teacher is absent. The class teacher will supply all necessary materials and tools for the lesson, and your role will be to deliver it.

While you won't be actively teaching, it's important for a Classroom Supervisor to have the skills and confidence to keep the class motivated and focused on the activities provided. You will support students as they work through the lesson and help them complete tasks when needed.

Requirements

The desired Classroom Supervisor will have;

-          Experience of working with secondary school aged children

-          A passion for the progress of secondary school pupils

-          An ability to work as part of a team

-          Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
