Position – Recruitment Consultant

Salary - £24,800-£35,000 (Plus uncapped commission)

Simply Education, part of the MCG Group, are currently seeking a recruitment consultant to join our thriving Kent team immediately. Looking after a range of schools, you will be expected to build upon the existing relationships we have with schools in the area, assisting with their daily, long-term, and permanent recruitment needs. This is a very warm desk with several pre-existing relationships.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct business development calls with schools and arrange client meetings with HR managers, headteachers, etc.
• Identify, progress, and convert sales leads.
• Manage, maintain, and develop client relationships.
• Identify and attract suitable candidates using a variety of methods.
• Conduct candidate registrations following company regulations.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Successfully place candidates to meet client requirements and to achieve targets.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and high standards with both clients and candidates.
• Understand and meet agreed KPI targets.
• Meet and exceed agreed financial targets.
