The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of regular classroom teachers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans across a range of subjects and year groups.
• Managing classroom behavior and ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Providing support to students, answering questions, and facilitating learning activities.
• Following school policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive learning environment.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Previous experience working with secondary school students is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior and engage students in learning.
