🔍 Position: Head of Maths
📍 Location: SE25
🕒 Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
💰 Daily Rate: Paid to scale

Your Role 🌟

• Lead and Manage: Oversee the Maths department, steering curriculum development and implementation.
• Inspire and Teach: Deliver high-quality lessons to students aged 14-19 with SEMH needs, ADHD, and other behavioral challenges.
• Innovate Lessons: Craft engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning needs.
• Monitor Progress: Assess student performance, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborate: Work with colleagues to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

What We Need 📝

• Qualified Teacher Status: Essential for this role.
• Experience: Extensive background in teaching Maths, ideally in a similar SEN setting.
• Leadership Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage the department effectively.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to meet students' varying needs and tackle challenges head-on.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
• Empathy and Passion: A genuine desire to support the educational and emotional development of young people.
