Are you a teaching assistant, teacher or tutor who is happy to assist with KS4 & KS5 interventions? 

An 'Outstanding' rated mainstream secondary school  based in Redditch are looking for someone who can work ideally 5 days but are happy to be flexible if you can only do 3/4 days a week. They need someone who feels confident working with KS4/5 across school and sixth form and assit those who need 121 and small group support on their studies. Teachers , teaching assistants and tutors are perfect to apply, as we need someone who just feels comfortable working generally across subjects , and assisting them with parts they are struggling with. 

This is likely to be student driven , and they will bring the work they are struggling with to their session with you each day , so there wont be planning and preparation for this. We just ask for a confident knowledge of working with older secondary and sixth from.
