EYFS Teaching Assistant | Birmingham, B9 | £90 - £105 per day | September 2024 | Long-term to Perm

LTF Recruitment are currently working with an excellent 'OFSTED' Good rated school in B9, who are seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant to work within their Reception class, for the new academic year. In this role you will be a key person in managing the experience of pupils and their parents. You will have a welcoming and warm manner and build confidence in our families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the teacher within a mainstream classroom to deliver the EYFS Curriculum.
  • Introduce fun activities and games to promote socialisation and inclusivity.
  • Adapting your support and approach according to needs of the children.
  • Closely work with pupils who experience difficulties in the classroom.

The school is looking for someone that:

  • Has knowledge of the Early Years curriculum.
  • Has a passion to support and engage children with a range of learning needs.
  • Has experience of working in a Primary or SEN school.
