Job Duties:

• Deliver engaging and informative lessons in the absence of the regular classroom teacher
• Follow the provided lesson plans and ensure a productive learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour and promote positive student interaction
• Provide feedback to regular teachers on student progress and any issues encountered
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required

Required Qualifications:

Degree in Education or relevant field

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related discipline

Experience:

Prior experience in teaching or working with children is preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and student needs
• Organisational skills to manage lesson plans and student records effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

Teaching qualification or certification

Working Conditions:

Work in various schools on a temporary basis, may require travel within the specified region
