We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Part-Time Technician to join our team on a fixed-term basis until October 2024. As a vital member of our Music Technology department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our Recording Studios and portable Music Technology facilities. Your responsibilities will include de-commissioning, relocation, installation, and testing of equipment, ensuring seamless operation for our students and faculty.

Key Requirements:

• Ideally, hold a Degree-level qualification in Music Technology or a related field.
• Significant relevant industry experience will be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with specialist software, particularly Avid Pro Tools, is essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and students alike.
