About the Role:

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you’ll be stepping into a dynamic environment where every day brings new discoveries and adventures. Responsibilities:
• Partnering with the class teacher to create a stimulating learning environment that ignites curiosity and fosters a love for learning.
• Supporting children with personal care routines and offering gentle guidance and assistance as they navigate the world around them.
• Implementing positive behaviour management strategies to promote a harmonious and inclusive atmosphere within the nursery.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues and parents to ensure each child receives the tailored support they need to thrive.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting, with a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges young children may encounter.
• Proficiency in providing personal and intimate care to children with sensitivity and compassion.
• Relevant qualifications or training in early childhood education (desirable but not essential).
• A genuine passion for fostering the growth and development of young children, coupled with a patient and nurturing demeanour.
