Experienced CIPD Level 5 Advisor required.

This role mainly focuses on the recruitment side for our client. Duties will be as follows:-

  • To lead and manage the recruitment & selection process
  • Ensuring the recruitment pages on the company website are updated accordingly
  • To establish the use of Social Media Pages as a platform to attract candidates
  • To take the lead on staff recruitment open days and bespoke recruitment campaigns.
  • To process and analyse recruitment data, producing reports and statistics as necessary

Candidates will need to work in conjunction with managers of departments to write and place accurate, high quality adverts, managing the online recruitment platform to ensure maximum publicity to attract a wide pool of candidates.

You will support managers with the recruitment process, including setting managers up for use with the online recruitment platform, giving training in this as necessary.

You will also be required to support the development of the on-boarding process and ICT solutions, including the applicant tracking system and training of staff and managers of such. To work with new members of staff to gain feedback on the on-boarding / recruitment process as a whole.
