Classroom Supervisor

Vision for Education are actively recruiting for Classroom/Cover supervisors to work in a secondary school located in Tonyrefail! The role would involve you supporting secondary aged pupils and covering the class while the class teacher is away.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils as they undertake work in line with the Welsh National Curriculum
• Maintaining classroom discipline.
• Building relationships with the pupils and colleagues
• Contributing to the school’s culture and ethos
• Providing an excellent educational experience for the pupils in the class.

What we are looking for:

• An enthusiastic individual with a drive to make a difference in children’s learning.
• Experience working in a secondary school setting
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Knowledge on the National Curriculum
• Strong classroom management skills
