Graduate Learning Support Assistant

Salary: £80 - £100 per day

Are you a recent graduate looking to make a significant impact in the lives of young learners? Do you possess a passion for education and a drive to support the next generation? We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant secondary schools in Romford.

Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to individual students or small groups to enhance their learning and academic development.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop learning materials that cater to diverse learning needs.
• Implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Assist with the planning and execution of educational activities and school events.

Requirements:

• A degree from a recognized university.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
• Experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred but not essential.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
