The Role – SEN LSA

I am actively recruiting for a friendly and resilient SEN LSA to work with students who have Special Educational Needs. The role will require you to build a rapport with the students by providing them with academic and emotional support, encouraging them to be more independent with their learning. Due to the students’ needs, the ideal SEN LSA will need to have experience working with children or young people who have been diagnosed on the Autistic Spectrum or have Learning Difficulties. This role requires a full-time commitment.

SEN School – SEN LSA

This SEN school is located in the London Borough of Ealing and caters to students between the ages of 4-22 years who have been diagnosed with various Special Educational Needs such as Autistic Spectrum Disorder. They currently have 96 students who attend the school and an Ofsted rating of ‘Outstanding’ from their last inspection in October 2021.
