Role Overview:

As a full-time Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our youngest learners. Your creativity, enthusiasm, and dedication to early childhood education will ignite a love for learning and set the stage for future success.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons that inspire curiosity and foster a love of learning in children aged 3 to 5.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to explore and grow.
• Collaborate closely with Teaching Assistants and support staff to provide differentiated instruction and support, meeting the diverse needs of all learners.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with parents and guardians, providing regular communication and opportunities for involvement in their child’s education journey.
• Contribute to the wider school community through participation in events, meetings, and professional development activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience or training in Early Years education, with a sound understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
• Enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine passion for fostering a love of learning in young children, underpinned by a commitment to excellence in early childhood education.

Long Term – Full Time – Term Time Salary: Daily Rate £160-£210 (based on the Teacher pay scale)
