Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced EYFS teacher to join a passionate team in Newham on a full-time, long-term basis. As an EYFS teacher, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of young learners aged 3 to 5 years old, laying a solid foundation for their future academic success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons and activities in accordance with the EYFS framework.
• Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to track progress and identify individual learning needs, providing tailored support and interventions as required.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure the holistic development of every child.
• Build positive relationships with children, promoting independence, resilience, and a love for learning.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in adherence to school policies and statutory obligations.

Qualities Needed:

• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) with specialized expertise in Early Years education.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the EYFS framework and its practical application.
• Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering connections with children, parents, and peers.

Pay Rates:

EYFS Teacher: Daily Rate £160-£210 (In accordance with the Teacher Pay Scale in the UK)
