A lovely 2-form entry primary school in Windsor & Maidenhead are looking to appoint a Year 4 Class Teacher from September 2024. This school is undergoing great improvements and has a real focus on reading and literacy from Reception through to Y6. It has a real community feel and you will be well supported in your role here.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the National Curriculum for primary education.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and fosters a love for learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing appropriate interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance teaching strategies, resources, and educational programs.
- Establish strong communication and relationships with parents, providing regular updates on students' progress and addressing any concerns.
