We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher to join our team in Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and fostering the academic and personal development of young learners in Key Stage 1.

Key Responsibilities:
*Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the diverse needs of students in Key Stage 1.
*Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to succeed.
*Implement effective classroom management strategies to promote positive behaviour and ensure a productive learning environment.
*Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support to address individual learning needs.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support student learning and well-being.
*Maintain accurate records of student achievement, attendance, and behaviour in accordance with school policies and procedures.
*Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the wider school community through involvement in extracurricular activities and events.

Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
*Proven experience teaching Key Stage 1 (KS1) students, with a sound understanding of the National Curriculum.
*Strong knowledge of effective teaching and learning strategies, including assessment for learning and differentiation.
*Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
*A passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development.
*Commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children.
